Just make a decision already!!!

I hate shopping for some things.  I went to a store to buy an office chair last night and I was like a deer in headlights!!!  Why do I do that.  I panic because I don't want to get the wrong chair.  How lame is that!!

Never Give up.

Some days it feels like the whole world is out to get me!  I know I am not alone in this feeling.  I am a religious guy.  I am a Mormon, or more technically I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  There are days that I really don't know how I could face another day with out my faith.  I honestly know that we go through the bad times to learn and grow.  If you consider some of the hardest times in your life I would bet they are the times you learned the most about yourself and what you can do.  So I may be called crazy by some but I am grateful for the hard times.  I learn so much, and it makes the good times so much sweeter.  So the moral to this little bit of rambling is "come what may and love it".

Time

It seems when your a kid that time never goes fast enough.  The older I get and see my girls grow up my heart gets heavy because I know in the very near future they will be gone.  They will move out and get married and I wont be the protector of their universe anymore.  It is a sobering though.  I am so proud of them...

Heart ache

One of the worst things in life is to see someone you love more than life itself get sick.  I'm not talking cold or flu (although that isn't pleasant either). I'm talking really sick like might not get better sick.  For all those out there with sick loved ones I feel your angst and can sympathize with you!!  I wish you the best in your pursuit of health.

Drive through insanity

So last night was my youngest daughters "tumbling and gym" recital.  We got to sit in a hot crowded auditorium for almost two hours to see her preform for 3 minutes.  It was a very big deal to her and she was very excited, so I was happy to sit and watch so she could have that experience.  After we finished with the recital, we let her choose where to get dinner.  She of course chose McDonald's.  Now I don't love it there but I don't hate it either.  We go and we order two kids meals and a meal for my oldest.  Then we order a couple chicken sandwiches and cheese burgers for myself and my wife.  It was kind of a big order I guess.  We get our order and pull out of the parking lot.  My wife is looking through the bag and sure enough they forgot the fries that came with the meal my oldest ordered.  How hard is it?  They have a list of the food that goes in the bag.  Why is it SO difficult to put everything in the bag?  I pull around the block go back into the restaurant and get the fries.  They were very nice and didn't question me, but I just don't see why it is so hard.  I have had this experience more than  I would like to admit.  Look at the list put the food in and away you go.  Not rocket science.  That is all
